1 tsp olive oil
2 slices of bread
1 slice mozzarella cheese (could use fresh, probably tastier)
1 or 2 slices tomato
2 basil leaves
sprinkle of garlic powder
3 spinach leaves
Place skillet on medium heat with olive oil. Place one slice of bread in skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder.Place slice of mozzarella cheese on top. Chop basil leaves and sprinkle on top of cheese. Place tomato and spinach leaves on top, then add other slice of bread. Once the cheese is nice and melty looking, and the bread has a nice browned middle, flip the sandwich and cook until the other slice of bread looks a nice golden brown.
I served this with stuffed zucchini, and it was a great and yummy pairing!
I love experimenting with grilled cheese, so easy and so good :)
