Ranch Dipped Pork Chops

As a vegetarian, I don't know much about cooking meat. Luckily, my husband is wonderful and is very good about eating all my crazy creations :) This one turned out pretty good, though!

Ingredients
2 porkchops
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
basil, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Dip the porkchops into the ranch dressing, so it's nicely coated on each side, then dip into the bread crumbs. Make sure each side is nicely coated. Then place into a foil lined baking dish (for easy clean up since the bread crumbs can really stick on the dish) Place in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until nice and crispy (and cooked all the way through). Then serve! We had the cheesy zucchini bake and broccoli as sides for this dish. Yummy yummy :)

  1. Sounds good altho all that dressing can be detrimental to dieters and cholesterol watchers and probably diabetics too. Still I want to try it !~! Thanks for sharing all this neat stuff. I am really enjoying your blog.

    1. That is definitely true, but maybe if you used a ranch packet, with just the spices and dipped the pork chop in egg white instead it would be a much healthier version :) My husband just loves ranch, so we made it the unhealthy way this time haha
